Holding a B.A. in Psychology and advanced certifications in trauma-informed yoga, Alisha is also a passionate mental health advocate. She specializes in using yoga as a therapeutic tool to assist in healing, working closely with mental health clinics to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD, including those recovering from motor vehicle accidents. Alisha holds a 200-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and a 100-hour Advanced Trauma-Informed Yoga certification through Canmore Counseling, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to provide healing through mindful movement and breathwork. Her expertise includes Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama (breathwork), allowing her to tailor practices to meet the unique needs of every individual.
